Custom Products

Stock items (unimprinted items) ship within 24 to 48 hours. Items that are personalized online without a logo ship in 3 to 4 business days.

Items that are personalized online with a logo, extra line or special wording ship in 6 to 7 business days.

Products printed with your own design ship 6 business days after final proof approval. Proofs are sent within 4 business days so the whole process takes about 10 days.

Full Color Products

Full color items ship within 3 days of the final proof approval.

Specialty or Promotional Products

Processing time on specialty products or promotional products may vary.

Shipping Times

Please allow an additional 2 to 5 business days for delivery, depending on your location.

If we cannot meet our deadlines, we will either not charge you for shipping, send a portion of your order next-day air or second-day air depending on where the order ships from and where you are located or apply a courtesy discount to your order.

Shipping Destinations

There are restrictions on countries we ship to. Right now, we ship our products within the fifty States, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Canada*. Due to different paper sizes and language restrictions, we do not currently ship to other countries. *Please note that we are not responsible for brokerage or duty fees incurred when shipping to Canada, so please review your order carefully. Also note that several items on an order may ship separately and incur multiple duty/brokerage fees.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated on the final dollar amount and can be seen when doing a trial checkout. You can just add the item(s) to your cart to have the final shipping cost calculated for you.
