Brochures Printing - Paper Stocks
To achieve a specific look, you may choose different paper types for your brochures. We offer four different paper stocks, two of them being glossy, the other two being matte recycled.
As a rule of thumb, cover stocks should be used for the cover of your document and a higher paper weight means thicker, heavier paper. The first thing you should select when you order full color brochures from us is whether you would like glossy or matte paper. Once you have made that selection, you should consider the paper weight; depending on where you will be distributing your brochures. If you are mailing your brochures, you will probably want a lighter paper. If your brochures are intended to proudly sit on your reception counter, then you will most likely want a heavy glossy paper to catch your customer's eye.
100 lb Gloss Text Stock
This paper is a high quality stock that is glossy on both sides. When you choose offset printing for your brochures, this paper stock comes with glossy aqueous coating for a nice finishing touch.
100 lb Gloss Cover Stock
This paper stock is a thick, high quality stock that is glossy on both sides. When you choose offset printing for your brochures, this paper stock comes with glossy aqueous coating for a nice finishing touch.
70 lb Recycled Matte Text Stock
This paper is a high quality, lightweight matte stock that is 50% recycled. When you choose offset printing for your brochures, this paper stock comes with pencil-receptive matte aqueous coating (satin finish).
80 lb Recycled Matte Cover Stock
This paper is a high quality, matte cover stock that is 50% recycled. When you choose offset printing for your brochures, this paper stock comes with pencil-receptive matte aqueous coating (satin finish).
