These forms, although they can be purchased for a wide variety of reasons and can be used on inkjet printers as well as laser printers, will perfom best on laser printers. You can also flip the sheet upside down if you prefer the labels to be at the bottom of the form.

Also, these computer forms require you to provide camera-ready artwork or a detailed sketch of what you need (a word or excel file is ok). They are printed up to 3 ink colors and can also be numbered. These computer forms with labels are versatile and affordable. They will accomodate any form you need to be finalized with your software. If you use a specific software, we will ask you to mail a printout with xxx in all fields so that we can perfectly align the forms with your software. Our laser forms are compatible with major software but pretty much with any software out there. To test your software on your own, you can also request a sample of this form, photocopy it and try aligning your software by small tweakings.
