Frequently asked questions in this categoryWe offer different shipping methods, such as UPS Ground, UPS Second Day Air, UPS Next Day Air and USPS. We are unable to use a customer's UPS or Fedex shipping account.
Depending on the shipping method chosen, it will take anywhere from 1 to 10 days for delivery once the product has left our facilities.
We currently ship to the U.S (including PR and HI), U.S. territories and Canada.
*Please note that we are not responsible for any brokerage or duty fees incurred when shipping to Canada. Several items on one order may ship separately and incur multipleduty/brokerage fees. Expedited shipping is also not currently available for Canadian destinations, unless quoted separately.

* For orders containing heavy items or large quantities, shipping will be divided: a minimum portion will be sent using the selected expedited method, while the remaining items will be shipped via UPS Ground.
We have plants located in different parts of the country, so orders can ship from Florida, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Indiana, Missouri or California. We try to ship from the location closest to you but depending on processing times at each plant, that may change.
