Account Questions
Frequently asked questions in this categoryNo. You do not need an account to place an order. However, creating an account is recommended, especially if you plan to order from us more than once.
Creating an account makes it easier to manage current and future orders. With an account, you can track the status of your orders, view and reorder past purchases easily, print receipts, save shipping addresses, and maintain correct numbering sequences. If you regularly reorder the same products or need to maintain sequential numbering, we strongly recommend using an account.
If you prefer not to place your order through our website, you can order by email, chat, or mail. We will create an account for you behind the scenes so that we can properly process and track your order history but you will not required to log in to or use the account unless you choose to.
All you need to create an account is to provide your name and a valid email address.
We now use a one-time password (OTP) that is sent to your email instead of requiring a traditional password. This helps verify your identity instantly while reducing the need to remember another password. It offers a higher level of security than traditional passwords while enabling faster account creation and immediate access.
You can navigate to your Account > Manage > Change Your Password if you would like to add a password to your account after it was created with an OTP (One Time Password).
Navigate to Account > Manage > Change Your Password if you would like to change the password on your account.

Yes, accounts can be merged. If someone from your company used to order products but no longer works there, we can merge the orders from the previous account into the new one. We would need both email addresses used and preferably, for the domain names to match (ex: [email protected] and [email protected]).
