All returns or replacement request must be done within 30 days from the day you received your order.
Our return policy depends on the type of product ordered and is therefore split into two main categories.
Items that were not printed and returned will be reimbursed upon receipt.
Printed items that were shipped to Canada will be reimbursed upon receipt as well, but we will not be responsible for fees involved in shipping the order back.
In those cases where we were at fault, a free replacement will be done to resolve an issue but in some cases, a partial refund will be issued and will range from 10% to 50% of the order's value. In the likelihood that the error resulted on the customer's end, we will issue a 50% discount on the reprint.
Printed items that are returned will be fully refunded under certain conditions - the order cannot be used or replaced with a similar item.
Printed items that were shipped to Canada will be reimbursed upon receipt but we will not be responsible for any fees involved in shipping the order back.

Refunds are issued upon receipt of your return. The purchase price of your order will be refunded to you upon receipt. This excludes any shipping costs incurred, except in the case of an extreme error on our part.
