Guarantee Policy

We strive to make your online experience a pleasant one, which is why Smart Resolution customers are covered by one of the strongest guarantees in the industry.

If a product contains an error caused by us, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, discount, or full refund, including any shipping charges paid when applicable. If you are not completely satisfied with a product due to an error on our part, we will make every reasonable effort to correct the issue.

For products that include an online proof or artwork approval during checkout, customers are fully responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all content, artwork, spelling, numbering, formatting, layout, and uploaded files before production begins.

By approving a proof, you confirm that all information, layout, and formatting are approved and that the order is ready for production.

Once a proof is approved, the order will print exactly as approved. Because of this, customer-approved errors are not covered under our guarantee.

If an order is incorrect due to customer-supplied files, approved proofs, or customer instructions, we may offer a courtesy reprint at a reduced rate at our discretion.

Orders valued at $1,500.00 or greater are not covered by the above terms.

Due to the higher value and complexity of these orders, additional care and proof review are required before production approval.

Our liability does not extend beyond the replacement, credit, or refund of the purchased product. The above warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties and representations, expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

The guarantee may also cover verified delivery-related issues, including weather-related shipping damage.

Returns & Refused Deliveries

Products that have not been printed may need to be returned or delivery refused before a refund can be issued. Refunds will be processed once the product has been received back into inventory.

A 20% restocking fee may apply to returned items.
