Business Printing
Pre-Set Products
We offer a wide variety of business products that are affordable and easy to order online. They:
- are typically pre-printed* (some products can also be plain, such as envelopes without any printing)
- then crash-printed or customized with your information
- Restricted to certain print areas, specific colors, and typestyle choices. Some products also offer restricted layout choices.
- referenced by distinct item numbers rather than general names such as "notepads"
- allow an online preview during checkout
- typically do not require a proof as an online preview is available. If desired, a proof may still be requested during checkout, but the proof will show only the personalized portion.
- ship within 3 business days when no logo or one of our business designs is used, or within 7 business days when a custom logo is used
- cannot be rushed, unless the product is a check, in which case, we can ship within 1–2 business days
Since these products are crash-printed, the printing is applied using pressure. For this reason, a triplicate item printed in blue ink will be blue on the top copy but black on the second and third copies. Products printed using your own design, by comparison, can be blue on all three copies.
Logos
Most pre-set products offer a choice of a custom logo or one of our available business designs. Products that support logos will either show a logo in the product image or provide a logo option during checkout.

Fonts
Most customized products offer a typestyle or font choice. Not all typestyles are available on every product. To see the options available for a specific product, add it to your cart and begin checkout.
Extra Lines of Print
Some customized products allow you to ADD information. Existing information generally cannot be REMOVED or ALTERED because these products are pre-printed.
When extra lines are available, they can often be placed in different areas of the product. They are commonly used for terms, itemization, or additional information about products and services.
The additional charge applies to the complete block of text rather than to each individual line.
Changes & Alterations
Existing information generally cannot be removed or altered on customized products because they are pre-printed. Envelopes may not be pre-printed, but they are still limited to specific imprint areas or layouts.
Many products are also available using your own design, which provides greater flexibility. A quote can be requested for products requiring different layouts, printing, or other changes.
Layouts
Some customized products allow you to choose from specific layouts. These layouts are designed for particular placement needs. If none of the available layouts meets your requirements, consider ordering a product using your own design.
Ink Colors
Customized products are generally personalized in one or two ink colors. Black and blue are the most common, although other colors may be available.
When two ink colors are offered, the first color is often used for the company name or logo and the second for the remaining text. Specific instructions can be provided during checkout.
Proofs
Proofs can be requested during checkout. They are less commonly requested for products using plain text because the online checkout preview usually provides a clear representation of the personalized portion.
Online Preview
The online preview provides a representation of the ordered product but is not intended to be an exact production proof.
Each order is reviewed by our printing team before production, so minor corrections may be made to punctuation, typographical errors, or uploaded artwork when necessary. If clarification is required, our team will contact you before proceeding.
