Turnaround Time Questions
How long does it take to receive my order?
Turnaround times vary by product. Each product page includes a Turnaround Time tab showing the estimated production time. We offer several shipping methods for your convenience, including UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air.
Depending on the shipping method selected, delivery typically takes an additional 1 to 6 business days after your order leaves our facility.

May I get my order sooner?
Rush production is available only for products printed using your own design. Most custom products (except checks) cannot be rushed.
Expedited shipping is available for all orders, but faster shipping does not reduce production time. For example, a product customized online with a custom logo still requires approximately 7 business days to produce before it can ship, even when UPS Next Day Air is selected. Likewise, non-printed products generally require about 2 business days before shipping.
How long does it take to get a proof?
Time until you receive a proof
The following estimates begin once your order has been placed:
- Pre-set product, no logo: 2 business days
- Pre-set product with logo: 4 business days
- Custom product: 4 business days
- Full color product: 2 business days
Time until your order ships after proof approval
Estimated production times after the proof has been approved:
- Product customized online, no logo: 2-3 business days
- Product customized online with a logo: 1-3 business days
- Product using your own design: 2-6 business days
- Full color product: 1-3 business days
How long is the processing time with a rush?
Current estimated rush production times by product category:
- Business checks customized online: 24–48 hours.
- Custom products: 1 business day for the proof, then approximately 6 business days after proof approval.
- Full color products: Processing times vary by product. Please refer to the specific product page.
Can I get my order tomorrow?
The only product that may qualify for next-business-day delivery is a business check customized online and submitted with a paid rush service by 5:00 PM Eastern Time. UPS Next Day Air shipping must also be selected during checkout. Eligibility depends on the order meeting all production requirements.
