IRS Filing Deadlines
The following are standard federal IRS filing deadlines for common tax forms. Deadlines may shift if the date falls on a weekend or federal holiday. State filing requirements may vary.
- W-2 & W-3: Must be furnished to employees and filed with the Social Security Administration by January 31.
- 1099-NEC: Must be furnished to recipients and filed with the IRS by January 31, regardless of filing method.

Must be furnished to recipients by January 31.
