What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept the following methods of payment:

• Visa
• Mastercard
• American Express
• Discover
• ACH
• PayPal, which may allow you to set up a payment plan or financing

We do not accept:

• Prepaid credit cards
• Debit cards
• Wire transfers

Paying by invoice

First-time orders require payment by credit card unless the order is for a school or government agency. In those cases, we can accept a purchase order and invoice the organization for the order.

Returning customers who would like to be invoiced may complete our credit application .

We will review the application within approximately two weeks and establish a credit limit based on the information provided and the customer's previous order history.

When can I pay for my order?

You may pay before or during order processing. Approved credit customers may also pay after the order ships.

Pay before processing

You may:

• Pay online when placing your order
• Request a payment link by email

Pay during processing

You may request a payment link by email. This option is commonly used when payment is required after reviewing and approving a proof but before the order proceeds to production.

Pay after shipping

Customers who have been approved for credit may request to be invoiced after the order ships.

You may also be able to split your payment or obtain financing through PayPal, subject to PayPal's eligibility requirements and terms.
