What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept the following methods of payment: 

• Visa
• Mastercard
• American Express
• Discover
• PayPal (allows you to setup payment plans or financing)

We do not accept: 

• Prepaid credit cards
• Debit cards
• Wire transfers 

Paying by invoice 

First-time orders require payment by credit card UNLESS the order is for a school or government agency. In that case, we can receive a purchase order and invoice for the order.  

Customers who have ordered with us before and would like to be invoiced may fill out a credit application. 

Within 2 weeks, we will review the information provided and give a credit limit based on the information provided in the application and previous orders.

When can I pay for my order?

To pay for an order, you may pay before, during or after the order (if approved for credit) 

Pay order before processing 

To do so, you may

• pay online directly when placing the order
• request a payment link to be emailed to you 

Pay order during processing 

To do so, and typically to approve a proof before proceeding with the order, you may 

• request a payment link to be emailed to you 

Pay order after shipping 

To do so, and if approved for credit, you may request to be invoiced. 

Alternatively, you may choose to split your payment or obtain financing with PayPal to pay for your order with more convenience.
