PRICES

Our prices are carefully calculated to remain competitive regardless of quantity. Do keep in mind that higher quantities will reduce the price per unit.

QUOTES

Please feel free to request a quote on any product you may be interested in.

Personalized Products: The first quantity's price is displayed to the left of the"Get Started" button. If you click on the arrow, you will see more quantities and prices. If a price is not available from the drop-down menu, please click on "Request more info" and ask us for the prices you need.

Custom Products: All custom products require you to work on a quote based on the options you will need. If you are unclear on which product you need, please email your file to artwork@smartresolution.com and we will email you a quote. Please provide AT LEAST

1) the quantity
2) the format you need the final product to be in (loose, booked, used on a computer)

PROOFS

Most personalized products offer an online preview and will not require a proof. If you will use your own logo, the preview will not show you the final setup so you may request a proof in the comments section of the checkout. Since personalized products are preprinted for the most part, we will only send you the portion that is set up for press. You will not see the entire product. We do have a 100% guarantee, though, and will either reprint or refund the purchase price of you order if you do not like the final product once you receive it.

All custom products and full color products automatically come with PDF proofs.

PLACING AN ORDER

Orders can be placed online, by phone, fax, email or standard mail. If ordering personalized products by phone, fax, email or mail, the standard options will be used (typestyle, layout and no logo) unless otherwise specified.

RECEIVING AN ORDER

We offer different shipping methods for your convenience: UPS Ground, UPS Second Day Air, UPS Next Day Air and USPS.

Depending on the shipping method you chose, you will need to add anywhere from 1 to 10 days for delivery once the product has shipped from our facility.

RUSH ORDERS

We can only accept rush orders on custom and full color products. Personalized items CANNOT be rushed. The shipping method, however, can be expedited on all orders. Keep in mind that a personalized product ordered with Next Day Air shipping will still take anywhere from 2 to 7 days to be shipped, meaning you will receive the order in 3 or 8 days. Next Day Air shipping does not mean that you receive your order the next day.

Similarly, products that are not printed will still take 2 days to ship out.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to the U.S (including PR and HI), U.S. territories and Canada.

GUARANTEE

We guarantee your satisfaction by offering the most respected guarantee in the industry. We will either replace or refund your order if you are not entirely satisfied.

PAYMENT

We accept all major credit cards and checks. For checks, keep in mind that your order will not be processed until your check has cleared. You may also open an account with us by requesting a credit application. Delinquent invoices will incur a monthly finance charge of 2.5% (30% annualized).

Due to the nature of our business, credit cards are not charged when you hit the "Place Order" button. One of the main reasons for this is that each order needs to be reviewed for accuracy before a card can be charged (some people will ask for options in the comments instead of selecting the paid option).

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled as long as they have not been printed or shipped.

PLANTS

We have plants located in different parts of the country so your order can ship from Florida, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Indiana, Missouri or California. We do try to ship from the location closest to you, but depending on processing times at each plant, we may change that.
