How do I know if I need a custom job?
Since our personalized products are usually pre-printed, everytime you ask yourself how you could change something to a product, you may need a custom job.
Reasons why you would need a custom job:
1) You have your own artwork
2) You would like to alter one of our pre-printed forms
3) Our personalized products do not offer you enough flexibility
4) You would like a two-color job
I want a custom job; how do I go about it?
The first thing you will need is to know exactly what you want. Once you know at least three of the following points, we can provide you with a custom quote.
1) The paper size of the final product
2) The ink color(s) you will use
3) The options you are interested in (consecutive numbering, perforations, etc...)
4) The quantities you are interested in

I do not have any artwork; what do I do now?
In order for us to print a custom job, we need to know EXACTLY what you would like printed. The only two ways for us to work without your artwork are the following:
1) You prepare a rough draft of what you would like in Word or Excel (please specify that the file is a rough draft when uploading or emailing)
2) You print out a form of ours and mark the sheet with the changes you would like. Fax it to 888-309-5267, along with your order number
We can also work from a fax but touch-ups and designs will cost you extra. Touch-ups are $50; designs are $75 for one-sided jobs; $150 for two-sided jobs.
Will I see what the product looks like before you print it?
All custom orders do come with free PDF proofs.
What if I don't want to pay before I see a proof?
Since all orders need to be reviewed before they are sent to press (for product and option accuracy mostly), your credit card is not charged when you place your order and hit the final "place order" button.
Your credit card is charged once the order has been reviewed and approved by one of our representatives.
If you would like to see a proof BEFORE your credit card is charged, simply ask us to not charge your card until you have approved a proof in the "Comments/Instructions" box during checkout.
