Unimprinted items

Unimprinted items that are returned will be reimbursed the full purchase price upon receipt.

Printed items

In most cases, free replacements will be done to resolve an issue but in those cases where a replacement cannot resolve the issue, a partial refund will be issued and will range from 10% to 50% of the purchase price.

Printed items that are returned will be reimbursed the full purchase price under certain conditions - the order cannot be used or replaced with a similar item.

Procedure

Returns should be mailed to the address below, in the original box and must include your order number. Your order number should either be on the box or inside the box.
