How do I place an order?

You may place an order online, by telephone, fax, email or regular mail.
If ordering by phone, fax, email or regular mail, please check online if there are any typestyles or logos that you may like to have printed on the product of your choice. To do so, please go to Typestyles and Free Logos. All typestyles are not available on each product, so please choose three different ones and we will let you know which one is available upon ordering. If no typestyle is chosen, we will enter the most common one for you.

How long does it take before I receive my order?

For standard imprinted products (the ones that are pre-printed and customized with your company information), it takes three (3) business days to ship. Standard imprinted items with a custom logo or special wording take seven (7) business days to ship.

Custom printing products ship six (6) business days after final proof approval. Fully custom printing products ship eight (8) business days after final proof approval.

It then takes from one (1) to five (5) business days to arrive at your destination, depending on your location which shipping method you chose.

Where do my items ship from?

Items ship from several plants across the United States: Florida, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Indiana, Missouri or California. We try to ship items from the location closest to you but depending on processing times at each plant, we may change that from time to time.

How do I pay you?

We accept credit cards and check payments. For standard and custom orders, we will pre-authorize your credit card upon ordering and charge it once the order has shipped. For full color orders, we will ask for full payment in advance, meaning that your card will be charged upon ordering. For checks, we will wait until the check has cleared from our bank before processing your order. Therefore, it takes a little bit longer to process orders paid by check than credit cards. We also accept account payments but only after a few orders have been placed and a credit application has been processed by our credit department.

Does it cost extra to add a logo to standard products?

There are NO extra charges for printing a logo on imprinted products. It is totally FREE of charge! We do have some specific requirements for these logos, however.

What are the logo requirements or standard products ?

We ask that you send us BLACK and WHITE graphics in any of the following formats: jpeg, gif, tiff, eps, psd, cdr, qxd, pmd, ai or png.

We cannot print grayscale, shading or color on our standard imprinted products so any logo that does not meet our requirement will be converted to black and white, if possible. If your logo cannot be converted (if you send us a full color logo for example), it will not used. You will be notified of any changes made to your order.

How can I send you my company logo?

You may upload it if ordering online or email it to us at artwork@smartresolution.com. Please be sure to mention your order number if sending it by email.

What are the risks?

Our standard imprinted products and custom products are covered by the best guarantee in the printing industry: if you are not completely satisfied with any product, at any time, for any reason, we will refund the purchase price or replace your order at no extra cost to you. For full color products, the same guarantee applies, except that it is only applicable when we are at fault so please, be sure to check your color proofs carefully!
